- After 14 days, you may still be eligible for a full or prorated refund, depending on service usage.
2. Refunds After 14 Days
If you request a refund after the initial 14-day period, eligibility is based on service usage:
- No Usage: If you have not used the software during the billing period in question, you remain eligible for a full refund, regardless of when you request it.
- Partial Usage: If you have used the software, you are eligible for a prorated refund based on the number of unused days within the billing cycle.
3. Accidental Purchases & Renewals
We understand that mistakes happen. If you accidentally purchase or renew a subscription, contact us immediately, and we will issue a full refund with no questions asked.
4. Fraudulent Transactions
If a transaction was made fraudulently (e.g., unauthorized card use or identity theft), we will process a full refund immediately upon verification. If fraudulent activity is detected, we may take additional security measures to prevent unauthorized access, including restricting payment methods or accounts associated with suspicious transactions.
5. Subscription Cancellations
If you no longer wish to continue your subscription, you must cancel before the next billing cycle to avoid charges. Refunds for charges after the billing period renewal may be granted on a case-by-case basis.
6. Service Termination Due to Policy Violations
If your access is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Use, you will not be eligible for a refund. Policy violations include, but are not limited to:
- Engaging in unlawful activities using our services.
- Sharing or subleasing your account.
- Attempting to bypass system restrictions or abuse network resources.
7. Processing Refunds
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
